These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text message communications between BioSoliX LLC (“BioSoliX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and customers or prospective customers who consent to communicate with BioSoliX by SMS.

1. SMS Message Type: You will receive customer care messages only.

2. Consent

Customers generally initiate contact with BioSoliX by telephone, email, in person, or through other business communications. A customer may provide a mobile telephone number and expressly request or agree to continue the conversation by SMS.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing products or services from BioSoliX.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the customer's inquiry, communications, orders, and business needs. BioSoliX does not guarantee a particular number or frequency of messages.

4. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from BioSoliX at any time. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile service plan. Message frequency varies based on communication needs.

BioSoliX does not sell or share customer personal information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile phone information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent will not be shared with anyone for purposes unrelated to providing the SMS service requested by the customer.
